Baird and Bird, Inc. provides a full range of real estate services to the suburban Philadelphia and greater Delaware Valley regions. Established in 1929 by Alice Maris Baird, we are one of the oldest family-owned and operated real estate firms in the area.

Now in its third generation, Baird and Bird, Inc. takes pride in its allegiance to the precept "service with integrity", a working ethic rooted in tradition - well known to those who have come to rely on our unique blend of personal and professional services. In fact, the majority of our sales come from referrals or repeat business going back one or more generations.

The Baird and Bird, Inc.  "extended family" includes 20 associates who share a lovely, old Georgian Colonial home on Baltimore Pike, an area landmark just east of Media near the Blue Route (I-476) - ideally located to take advantage of weekend browsers. And since we are open 7 days a week, we are usually at home to visitors.
